CSAT, or customer satisfaction score, is a tried-and-true statistic. It is a customer satisfaction survey that uses different versions of a very simple question to target the client. Typically, the scale has five categories: extremely unsatisfactory, unsatisfactory, neutral, satisfactory, and very satisfactory. 

Your score increases in direct proportion to the number of affirmative responses.
