Does Schema replace Open Graph?

Facebook uses a particular kind of markup called Open Graph to separate out data such as which image and description to display. Compared to Open Graph, Schema presents a more comprehensive set of possibilities. Although they can be used in tandem, Open Graph cannot take the place of schema.

1.When sharing links on social media, the Open Graph protocol regulates what content is displayed. A rich object in the social graph is created by any web page that uses tags 

2.When posting links on social media, for instance, the Open Graph protocol lets you choose which image, title, and description aappear.

3.Social networking networks without Open Graph can pick a picture, title, and description at rrandom.

4.Open Graph tags are recognised by social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
