One of the simplest ways to uncover keywords with promise, or those that are likely to assist your site generate more traffic, is to use the KEI (keyword effectiveness index).

A general guideline for interpreting KEI results states that terms with a score of less than 10 are poor terms, while terms with a score of more than 10 are good terms. The home page of your website should feature any keywords or keyword combinations that are over 100.
